A room with a view sui generis, enclosed in a structure shaped as a boat "taken in the shallows, as a result of the withdrawal of the waters" of the River Thames a short walk from Queen Elizabeth Hall: the competition "A Room for London", organized by Living Architecture - which operates as a "collective enterprise" committed to enhance the contemporary architecture - ended with the choice of the scheme developed by Kohn study in collaboration with artist Fiona Banner.
